    I am sure this is a question that's been answered before but not certain where !

    So u are making changes to a indior - do u always have to restart mt4 for those changes to be effective or is there a way to make them prepared without always restarting ?

    No need to restart if you are changing the programming of an indior, simply re-compile it and you are ready to go.
