Try to restart MT4 and join to various live server, it should work then.

when something occurs I generally
-log in again
-restart mt4
-re-scan all servers
-wait method to resume. . If not resume it might be one of the platform that expires following 2/3 weeks

I've many disconnections (notebook problem) in HF however I never had that problem...
