Sorry but I really must clarify 1 thing here.
What that I have figured out a three years back and I checked again and
found the exact same thing, the truth is I trade currencies and I attempted to
register with ebay in 2005 and boom my account has been banned for no
clear rationale, it was very strange to see such a thing in a
website like Ebay, this occurred in fact in 2005, I contacted them and
they said: Because of OFAC regulations our national government won't
let us to conduct business with IRAQ one of other countries

OK, in 2006 I wanted to open a Currency Market account with those brokers:
FXCM, ONADA, IBFX. And many others and all them rejected my requst to get
being an IRAQ I citizen and they replied with same line the under is
FXCM answer just as sample to other brokers' replies read:

:We regret to inform you that we cannot open an FXCM trading
account for you at this time. This choice is based on inner
policies and/or government regulations.

In the USA, FXCM is registered as a Futures Commission
Merchant (FCM) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
and is currently a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). As a
government controlled company, FXCM is under the strict supervision of
regulators.

Additionally, We're bound by economic and trade sanctions against
specific targeted overseas nations and organizations based on U.S.
foreign policy executed by The Office of Foreign Assets Control
(#8220;OFAC#8221;-RRB- of the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Hence the bottom line is that Iraq or Iraq I taxpayers is still under the
sanctions that has been imposed after the Kuwait invasion which occurred
in the 90s.
I made my home work and found it is correct that iraq is still under
sanctions in this website http://treas.gov/offices/enforcement...raq/iraq.shtml.

If some of the guys /girls here can correct me if my assumptions were wrong.

Have a nice a day.
