Thread: Chart Patterns

Some individuals have been enjoying my post and I get a couple of inbox questions with regards to chart patterns, I trade naked based alone on chart patterns that I utilize 39 chart patterns. These don't always perform as you men know but it's just how I transaction. I trade the Daily and 4 hours and sometimes I use the 15 minute. I'll post on here exactly what I'm looking at and what worked for me and it helps me identify where I went wrong.

I ask is if you put a chart up please draw this up on a naked chart so it's easy for people to see and not rammed with every indior under sunlight causin real chart to be all squashed up.

Finally I don't trade harmonic patterns that they do work but just don't trade them

Update GU we had the bearish flag I drew break yesterday I Believed that price would Last down and That I was looking to get in a pull back however the pull back was Powerful new pattern setup has now formed I shall post chart when I get in for Today I#8217;ll say bump and Operate long

EURAUD
Again similarities over the EUR pairs I'm expecting break out lower but I took the counter movement I got out way to premature 25 pips with this as I didn't like the way the Daily candle looked at that time.... Profit is better than loss

EJ update
EJ had this ascending triangle untrue fracture yesterday I was still convinced this was moving north and I stated that which would confirm it for me are the 1-2-3 trend reversal setup if we close above 131.800 I believe I stated or around that figure (have a return before it is up there) either way I've too my entry now based on the triangle fracture if my daily closes above that 1-2-3 level now we should see a new bullish rally in the EJ

Arr Descending triangle today triangles can split either down or up there isn't really anyway of knowing until the breakout occurs.
BO generally occurs around 62% of the apex why I have favoured the downside break is because price needs to fix there's been no correction because of yet only consolodation and also the mouth of my triangle ties perfectly together with the ?resistance turned support level?

How do I exchange that, well aggressive you can exchange the rest of the triangle but notice that price could simple false break as it did in the past just like you can see, I love to search for an engulfing candle then get in on another candle or wait for a pull back on the breakout that's the safer option....definitely one to watch we will see.

This is a three valley rising set up. This is interesting I#8217s NFP and I want to stay off but I saw it and made it fascinating to see how it ends up. Note the screen shot is just as the breakout is occurring, I#8217;ll test this one out tomorrow to determine whether the pattern worked out or not but I#8217;m looking at upside motion (short term) on GJ

UJ for me personally is forming a head and shoulders....classic if for additional confluence as well have a look left and you'll see price is in a strong demand zone it taken off like a rocket! Question is when will she take off, another one to watch guys long on the UJ

Gold has shaped that dual top but notice how both tops where very narrow/sharp there a several different kinds of double top for how I#8217;ve learnt this is known as a Adam Adam, don#8217;t ask me why it#8217;s how I#8217;ve learnt yes you can get eves as well. Anyway I foresee gold to carry on down before deciding direction to check around 1309, on the way down we might find a few bear flag formations.
Have a peek at the daily you #8217;ll see this is the ideal side forming about the M formation together with the neckline ie the base one the v is going to be broken, once broken wait for a pull back and possible short

Been enjoying this one for awhile now but on a lower time period 15 minutes and missed the HS Pattern

it needs to break over the 107.085 area before I buy in again
