No, I did not indie that by EA setting.
OK, I'm giving you an additional sample file.
When it works well, you need to get 3 alarms.
In case you don't get any alert then inform me.
Incidentally, this is exactly the exact same file using just a tiny change.

still not working.

Like prior to the little shape beside it's still grey.

I double click it or right click and then modify it or attach it or drag and drop and nothing more happens.even when I double click it nothing happens like other EAs the setting window comes up but not for yours.

What should I do?

You habve just int OnInit() handler,
but no any OnTick(0 or timer event hanbler.
U can just 1 time begin
CheckCurrencyPairs();
SetTrailingStop();
DeleteOrders();

not always. It was your own idea or mistake?
