Hi CJA I hope everything is good in your neck of the woods.
I have been considering upgrading my Signal Bars Plus indior so it functions on the MT5 platform. As promised in 2012 no new attributes will soon be added, only MT5 functionality. So I was just checking out your thread to see if you had done that previously, I had not looked at it in years.
Anyhow, I noticed your indiorâ€#Signal Bars 12 ff v1 nmc.ex4†isn't displaying the spread/pip properly on non-forex pairs (I just assessed popular pairs/commodities). I fixed those problems back in 2012 along with my indior without needing to specify any traded pairs/commodities from the code formulation. Somehow irrespective of the countless MT4 updates during these years my indior code has not had any updates/fixes, it's still working perfectly. If you or anybody else needs the spread/pip code formula that seems to fix such problems I want to know, my indior is located at the link below in case you forgot.
Also with commerce tools like gold I believe the spread should display in the triple digits at the least rather than in decimal points as some believe (e.g. 38 points and not as 3.8 pips, things such as gold/commodities tend to cope in things not fractional pips).
Those interested can contact me PM/DM to not mess a ribbon with code talk. I will share if you can share any advice/tips/help as I attempt to upgrade some of my scripts and indiors to be planned on MT5 since they do on MT4.
P.S. Whatever happened to the Forex-TSD website, I had not visited it in years and now it only redirect to the mql5 website. LOL! </b>
