Dear Traders,
I have been corresponding with Spotwares' cTrader staff and throwing up suggestions about the best way to enhance this assuring trading platform to view it evolve and turn into the complete one-stop platform for all traders.
Throughout my conversation with Spotware my current ideas (and worries ) were:
c TRADER for Windows
1. We need the ability to select and favorite the very ordinary timeframes traded and have these timeframes exhibited as buttons on peak of the toolbar (like Metatrader 4). For example M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4 W1, MN.
2. We need to have control over the visualization house for all items on the chart so that we are able to select a favorite period when an indior (eg. Moving Average) is to be revealed.
3. We will need to have the choice to edit the indiors on the chart and add additional properties to the indiors. For example, the ability degree in the Stochastic Oscillator. Indiors need to possess.
C TRADER for Android
1. The Android appliion has to be easier and faster to accessibility and load. Currently, ctrader for Android lags like hell. Whether it's swiping via the chart or starting up the appliion. Many times when beginning the appliion it can take up to connect and load. Metatrader 4 to Android takes just two to five seconds the most.
2. We are in need of cTrader to be user-friendly and possess a more simple layout (like Metatrader 4 to Android). The Android cTraders' layout issues are:Full screen viewing doesn't scale correctly. You cannot zoom into the charts using a finger swipe movement. The scaling and chart is extended outside the monitor or either squashed. Indiors won't look on most of currency pair's screens unless they are added into each pair manually. 3. The Appliion also has to be less heavy on battery use. Ctrader for Android uses enormous amounts of battery life (10% each 10 minutes on Sung Galaxy S6 Edge).
In regards to these issues and concerns the cTrader team responded:
We do actually have plans to present the attributes which you suggest. Point 3 [beneath cTrader Windows] has been tested and is currently available in the cTrader Web. We have plans to improve our appliions that is mobile too.
It would be good to find out more about your issue of using your system tools.
I will keep an eye out to your thread in forum.
I do understand that Spotware includes a dedied section on their website where you are able to vote for new features and submit feedback. However, taking a look at the suggestions and also the area that is voting it appears unattended and suggestions aren't updated and addressed. So let's use this thread to voice our needs and our questions to assist other cTrader traders, talk about improvements and voice our ideas and concerns to Spotware.
Dimi.
