Thread: MT4 News Calendar Indicator

I've been focusing on this news indior and it's currently developed enough to talk about.
I've also added a beta version of my breaking news indior for you to play . Data from the forum weekly calendar is refreshed hourly to ch any mid-week calendar updates from FF. Events can be filtered by impact, currency and egory. A table of current and upcoming events may be displayed in a choice of two widths and may be put anywhere on the chart. Lines may be plotted on the chart to mark events that were past. Mouse over the lines to see details. Audible alarms can be configured to utilize any WAV files on your directory that was MT4/sounds.
Indior inputs
DisplayTable....Turn on table display
TableTitle....Table heading. Multiple tables may be displayed on the exact same chart by giving each a different name
NarrowTable....Narrow abbreviated display
TableShowClock....Show local time clock
TableNumEvents....Table size
TableLookAheadHrs....Time (hours) that future events are displayed
TableHorizAlign....Horizontal table placement. Indent from left (pixels), or indent from directly if negative, or centred if zero.
TableVertAlign....Vertical dining table placement. Indent from top (pixels),or from the bottom if damaging.
TableSubWindow....Chart subwindow to place table.
TableBackground....Show dining table background.

DisplayVertLines....Turn on vertical line display
VLineMaxPeriod....Maximum chart time period to show vertical lines e.g. place to 15 to show lines on timeframes M15 and reduced.
VLineLookAheadMns....Time (moments ) that future events are shown on the chart

IncludeMediumImpact....Medium impact events
IncludeHighImpact....High impact events

SoundAlarms....Turn on audible alarms
Alarm1Wav....WAV file for alarm 1. Eg alert.wav
Alarm1Mns....Time (minutes) before events that alert is sounded
Alarm2Wav....WAV document for alert 2. Eg alert2.wav
Alarm2Mns....Time (minutes) before events that alert is sounded

forumURL....
UseDailyFXData....False = forum calendar information (recommended), True = DailyFX calendar info
DailyFXURL....Daily FX calendar URL

AutoProxyConfig....True = Use windows registry settings for proxy (default). False = Use direct link (no proxy).
DeleteCacheAtStart....Deletes the stored calendar and forces a refresh at startup. Set to False for regular operation.


Please note the indiors are FREE, and are consequently supplied on an'as is, take-it-or-leave-it, use-at-your-own-risk' foundation.

Known issue: Opening the object properties dialog for the indior's objects may cause MT4 to crash. Workaround: Do not do it!

That alternative FFURL worked tirelessly, but today provides me file error.However, I find an option: simply switch on UseDailyFXdata in enter signal.
