Hello CanuckCT (and RR) (and many others )

Thanks for beginning this valuablel thread. It's important to learn trading from naked charts. I'm getting tired of being to entering the market. Just need to find confidence in price movement only. Okay, fibo's pivot's are helpfull and trendlines are extremely important for trading breakouts or re-entry.

    Let us learn this material!

    I just use EMA.

    Yellow - EMA 3, 5, 8, 11, 13
    DeepSkyblue - EMA 30, 35, 40, 45, 50
    Red - EMA 55

You know. . .the lines do produce a nice pattern....but you generally focus on the pattern and not price action.

You're right about that Canuck. I just consider this chart to encourage my chart for trend strength n re-entry purposes. Im not trading it naked

I had been thinking this was about to break to the downside and has been prepared for that. However, it did....price started to go up and was previously gann in M1 and M5....and I went with it.

I'm thinking to maintain the charts a clean as possible....no more than 1 indior and M1 and M5 timeframes. In and out in a couple of moments.

And perhaps try to wean off that last indior.

fine afternoon scalp after a challenging day for 105 pips

depart long at the 161.8 expansion

    GJ 40

price crossed below gann. . .waited for retrace, sold at 146.90 and target was 146.50.

EDIT: I'm seeing that if you employ fibs on M1 and there is a 50 percent retracement, there is often a good possibility the 200 fib will be hit.

Nice chart. . .GJ does appear to work very nicely with trendlines....often rebounds off the lineup or shoots accross it. We will need to study this some more.
    Cheers
