    Just checking if anybody elses platform is still stuck. Only a demo account but this is happening way too often, wonder what's going to happen if open a live account.

    Trading reside since 6 month today with alpari through virtual server I could tell u they work excellent, no server issue. First make certain everything works fine on YOUR end.

    Yes, a number of bars missing around 2am, and 4.15 into 7am but only on demonion, the live platform seems fine.

    If you simply use it for charting just like I do then open a live account and use the live server, it's more dependable than the demonion.

    Are you currently missing bars on most of pairs or just on one pair? I am just checking since I use the RU demo server and that I can not loe any missing bars on the majors.

    I haven't checked them all but it appears to be.

    That is really on Alpari UK, 15 minute chart, from 2am to 2.45am, and 4.15am to 7am.

    I phoned their IT support and the guy had the same thing on his presentation, live was nice though.

    Edit: Just checked the RU demonion and you are right, that sounds fine.

    Here's a 15m chart for Eur/Usd, even a refresh or a new chart doesn't seem to put back the missing ones....

    Last few days their demo account was a nightmare. I've gaps and stinks all over the area. It's so bad that I'm tempted not to utilize the mfor my live trading.

    I don't know what is going on with them either but because it is a only a demo I'm giving it to the end of the week to sort itself out. After that ill be needing MT4 broker recommendations, methinks.

    I m running alpari demo and live on virtual machine in USA and not a single problem there. The issue appears to be on your end. . Perhaps you have tried to switch to one of their 3 additional servers?

    Dear (UK) Demo Clients,

    In response to the issues you really have been discovering relating to our demo server connectivity, we would love to say that the following:

    Throughout the past two months we've been testing a new Floating Leverage plug-in. Implementation of this plug-in will permit us to offer floating leverage of up to 1:500 for all our live and demo clients.

    All new plug-ins are initially analyzed in a growth environment then on demo servers and only after that are they executed live servers. This is done not just because this is a necessity of our 'System Changes Control Procedures' but also because our demo server is an excellent tool for stress testing as it has more than seven million orders at any one time. Additionally, we purposefully flooded our demo servers with excessive amounts of orders to make the stress testing more competitive and productive.

    As a result of our testing, our demo servers experienced occasional downtime issues for small intervals. Although this was likely inconvenient for many of our demo clients, we would like to stress that dwell server connectivity was not affected at all the length of our actions.

    Our stress testing is scheduled to be finished by the end of the week but concerning service downtime, you may experience temporary issues with your demo account functionality for time being although this will be resolved in the next few days.

    Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused although the issues you've experienced this week are an unfortunate requirement which will enable us to present a new feature to our service -- Floating Leverage up to 500:1!

    We'll be making a statement on our website regarding our new offering very shortly.
