I only check the market once each day for 5 minutes, looking for a profitable commerce. If no trade is found, I'd go with my usual. Enjoy time with friends, play basketball, watch TV series and movies and read articles online about sports, news, and everything I am interested of. But after I get a commerce, MAN, I would check it every four hours, looking for opportunities to partially close the trade or add greater volume.

That's a given, look overly long and you may even wind up thinking that you are an alien. .

I exchange long term. So I examine once a day for 5 minutes and if there is a set-up, I then put in my pending orders and then forget it. But I do take a peek at the charts many times every day. Thx to call apps
