Thread: May The Fork Be With You!

  1. #1
Note to admin: This thread is a discussion primarily about trading using Andrew#8217;s Pitchforks.

I#8217;m a big fan of Star Wars. #8220;The Last Jedi#8221; will soon be premiering 12/15/2017 so I couldn#8217;t help producing this thread!!!

Although I'll be posting charts I will also be using VIDEOS frequently using audio to clarify the way I use pliers to trade. I'll be using the term #8220;forks#8221; that will be interchangeable with Andrew#8217;s Pitchforks and Median Lines.

I encourage discussion however I'll be directing the dialogue.

Please post your charts and your transactions as you feel comfortable using explanations. You are welcome to post historical charts with explanations. Posting live trades isn't necessary however you may do so in the event that you feel comfortable. I would like all to post their thoughts without inhibition or dread of excessive criticism as long as it's related to Forks.

I'm new to recording be patient with me.

I have heard much from one spot. However I will not show that place for fe

ar of being relegated to the industrial section.

My very first video is in the cue. It#8217;s tough but enlightening and will be posted very soon.

I enjoy cigars and spirits (typically wine but also scotch, beer and interface). In the evening I typically am enjoying a premium cigar (Padrons are my favorite) and a glass of wine. Pics will be posted by me. Feel free to post pics of your favorite cigar or soul.

    Review of buy.
First chart is for overall context of market flow. DOWN.

From the next chart a amount of buyers is created with a WRB outside engulfing pub.
Above that a WRB gap happens signifying buyers in control.
Price makes a new high then comes down to examine the buyers. A blue down fork can be attracted. In fact a down fork can be drawn in several ways.
Price stalls in the buyers and finally demone some intention to move up with two or three gap bars. At this point I've bought into a by if price retraces to the initial gap and that I placed a limitation buy.
Price stalls and begins to return. On its way down a tail is shaped. Price takes out this tail and this is really where I changed my mind and took another look at everything. I should have sold the return of price to the tail but that I had not got over my misread.
It is common to need to buy lows and sell at highs and this stiff notion pattern can cloud one's browse.

1 Attachment(s) hi winston, I am excited about your thread. I am still a rookie. Using forks.... I hope that you dont mind this article but it seems like a classic entry! I just took this trade on eurusd because price has fallen below the median fork, pumped back up to it and headed down. This really is really on the 1H tf
