Just interested as to if Northern Rock will be inclined to possess extensive US holdings, in which case one might anticipate significant motion from USD to GBP as they increase cash....Thoughts/opinions?

Chart under: this is the reason why I was searching today for Sterling Pound weakness across the board against other GBP crosses.

1 trade taken during London/US hours overlap.

While Target price was struck....had I had been using a trailing stop. . .high of the prior pub...( discreationary with a 15 time frame) I would have made more pips....did fatigue play apart in not being totally focused???????

You can observe, that long before the FED news, Cable was headed higher.

FYI. . .There were, for myself, several entrances and exits through the previous 2 days in this pair ( Lon/NY hours ). Targets hit, retrace, re-enter. . .etc. Not revealed, just wanted to post inspection the major set ups that I seen with my trading style.

Maybe I didn't make myself completely clear: I have been short since 2.0215, thanks to the gorgeous PB near the top of the chart...

LOL, my bad, I thought you're speaking about the near future (and everyone is interested in the future aren't they). Congrats on the trade, you will see in my journal how I took it too, though you beat me by 5 pips you mean person.

Cable, Weekly and Daily charts. Looking for a breakout to the upside in order to look for longs. If breakout to the downside, I'll pass.
