Thread: Trader pains and issues

    Hi guys,

most of us understand that trading Foreign Exchange profitably and always belongs just to the 5%. And the rest are fighting along.

Hopefully by identifying the pains, issues and issues together, we will progress quicker in the right direction. Here's some suggestions to help identify the issues that the majority of us face with trading Foreign Exchange. Everyone's inputs. Thank you in advance!

    1. What motivated you to trade Foreign Exchange? Why is it that you take action?
    2. What's so hard about it? Which parts? Why?
    3. When do you consider it the most? Can you consider it often?
    4. What have you tried? What worked? For how long?

I do it the other way. Looking at the charts in the weekend, setting my orders monday and ´s it I feel the most traders looking in the charts and thinking like oh , here is my chance I go in, I move in. In my view, that´s why the most lose because they are running the cash behind.

    My opinion
its about word and terminology, beware about it. Lot of people accept that this is trading, that word can fool into a direction far out for what all people dream on this what all people today call it market, a fantasy for success (earn money, wealthy etc) from this sport. Word trading can make in subconscious mind to have a believe that this is on win win requirement, everyone happy. One person exchange to another person and get what their want. This field is not like that. I know my statement is on zero sum game side. I won't debate about it, simply express my opinion. The word trading is only lure to trap people to come to consume by predator (that 5%). And about trading stuff from technical analysis, fundamental analysis, price action, strong system etc its only make more cloudy to see them (the 5%), I am not telling that that stuff is useless, not .
My response to your opening thread.
    1. What prompted me? Its trendy be predator the elite (5%), the highest top rank predator in food series. Proud to myself (narsisisme)
    2. What really hard? its myself
    3. When on the first stage, when on the dumb, blind, lust etc condition think it regular
    4. Already tried all stuff TA, price action, scalping etc and is make more idiotic.
The past, I will never tell and instruct how I earn money. I will tell to my successor
forgive me, I combinenigeriaforextradingactually only for opinion, browse, and make some sound

    Hmm, let's see.

    1. I started trading forex because I was interested and because I have bombarded with forex advertising at one time. Good thing I'm cautious and paranoid by nature or that I would've lost a lot of money.
    2. What is so hard? Everything. Literally everything. Assessing, understanding, practising, coping with one's own emotions, none of it's handy.
    3. I try only to think about it when I trade. I'd get burnt out quickly.
    4. What do you mean? Other kinds of trading? Like something or choices? Not that binary choices is trading, exactly.

Hi Soekarno, thank you for the reply.
I was reading about and the a frequent issue with novices is hopping from 1 solution to another. In my view, like everything you said correctly, the toughest problem is ourselves - Our plogy and discipline. We're self indulgent. I genuinely feel that lots of approaches work and are profitable but the barrier from the way is our feelings and discipline.

Hi Mlawson, thanks for your answer! Agreed there is so much info online that we have information overload!
What I mean by the 4th question is what other types of money making methods have you ever attempted. E.g. other types of Fx trading stragtegies? Other types of trading, or E-signals? Or just putting your cash to a PAMM for additional profitable traders to trade?

Anyway, on a related note, when anything has been possible, what could be something that you wished that you may have for Fx trading?

Ah, I see. I have a egy which uses candlestick analysis I hope for the most part and I feel comfortable using that. I like to trade by myself, making my own decisions, no PAMM or e-signals for me. That way I know I'm responsible for both my profits and my losses.

As for the one thing which I could have, hmmm, a larger account I could trade with. Bigger accounts means being able to start a position using a bigger lot and thus I can make a larger profit. Oh well, it's what it is.

    1. The capability to earn money, of course!
    2. There's a lot of B.S. that some people online speak when trading. It can get tedious sing through what is fact and what is just a scam.
    3. I often feel that there may be a better egy out there I could utilize. However, I guess that is something I might learn in due course.
    4. I used to do sports betting previously. I got bored of it, particularly with the low returns. Forex offers better potential and technical analysis is easier.

Hello Mlawson! That's what we dream about - investing our very own funds with no to be more in charge of but yourself.

Aside from the massive account, what else do you wish you needed to assist you in your journey towards being a profitable trader?
