Hello! I am anigeriaforextradingmember for several years noow but I never submitted a ribbon or only one began but avorted because it was a little bit like ichimoku360, and that I didnt want to confuse anyone.

So, firstable, I am a trader whose the first question is the way I could restrict the risk? So my system is developped with this bias.I would rather be level than in a bad trade. I prefer to trade the trend compared to countertrend trading. So perhaps the machine will not suit your personnality, therefore feel free to get away or to criticize in order to enhance it to not destroy it.

The thoughts behind the system is simplicity, low risk, identify the trend. So, about simplicity I will use simple indiors everyone can know: it means price action / MAs / Oscillator

The machine may be used in almost any TF and currencies. But hte longer is the TF, the more reliable it is because it reduce the risks of false signals. Also, as stated by the pairs you may trade, MM will differ due to volatility.

So this is the method:

Guppy MAs: ST (3/5/8/10/12/15) LT (30/35/40/45/50/55 instead of 60 because it is a Fib amount )
Oscillator: Utilize one which you master I utilize Slow Stochastics (5/3/3) or RSI (9) but it tells you the same thing, overbought oor oversold.
Price Action: look at candlesticks patterns in Google or search in the forum in case you dont understand.

The rules:

1/ Identify the trend when there's one: we will use the MAs (STgt;LT and Enrolling then Bullish - STlt;LT and pointing down then bearish - LT level then no fad )

2/ If the trend is bullish you'll simply go long. Then await compression of ST MAs and Oscillator in oversold zone - the top is when you get a candlestick pattern such as a hammer. In cases like this, you can enter with a tight stop (depends on the pair and the TF) and let your profits run off. Reverse for Indices (Trend bearish, etc....).

3/ If there is not any trend, then you'll trade with oscillator: Economy whenever you are in the overbought zone and buy whenever you're in the oversold zone. Also draw your support and resistance lines because after few volatility, higher volatility will come and therefore a new trend will start, and then you will change the way you trade (visit the first stage )

4/ Exits may differ according to a lot of things: should you trade on brief TF maybe you expect to get a fixed number of pips, but if you trade on longer TF you need to let your profits run before the market is giving you a indiion of change. This is a divergence on the oscillator, a candlestick pattern, or only a cross of this LT MAs from the price. In any case, be cautious when you reach round amounts, and when there's a divergence on the oscillator. You may also depart whenever your oscillator is in the overbought (long) or oversold (brief ) zone and await a retracement to re-enter over and over before the trend is over. I insist: it is dependent upon your personnality.

As each systems....it will fail! But because you can place tight stop, you may often lose while your profit will increase your account. Be very stringent on MM! Personnally, I put a stop as tight as 5 pips around 1mn TF for scalping and get 12 pips profit. So the W/L ratio is around 2:1. So if the rate of success is over 50 percent (and certain it is if you follow the principles ), your account will grow up!

I was quite ill, but that is another issue. So once you identify there is a range bound trading period, you merely use oscillators. But use only oversold and overbought amount with really tight stop because after a very low volatility period will come a new high volatility period (cycle), meaning that a trend will develop. And after that, you use the MAs system.

....you can see we identify a trend together with the GMMA (also the DMI I add occasionally but not mandatory - just to avoid fake signals on brief TF) and if the trend is bearish (prices under the GMMA and ST under LT - here I use just 3 MMA to maintain it rather clear and since on my internet PF I can not place more than 5 indiors), we await its price to retrace in the MMA and Stochastics to be over 50 or in overbought territory. After the price is near the MMA and the Stochastics are in level or over 50, then we could jump in with a tight stop and allow the profits run. I usually wait until it crosses over the LT MMAs once I trade on brief TF as 1mn. You can easily create 30-50 pips per day using this system, using a high leverage with no big risk due to a tight quit (no more than 10 pips spread inculded on 1mn TF).

After the bearish trend, near 8h23, you can see it closes across the LT MMAs at 1.3724, so we exit to get a profit of 40 pips (entered at 6h13 at 1.3765 according to the rules). After that the ST MMAs went across the LT MMAs and supported by the DMI, so we wait for Stochastics to be in oversold zone and the price to close near the MMAs. So, then we could enter at 8h36 at 1.3724 using a tight stop. I took this trade and exited at 10h34 at 1.3788 to get a 62 pips profit!

I did not take the frst commerce since it was too premature for me (lol), but using 62 pips for the day in around 2 hours, I am happy. I could continue, but you understand...I exchange to live not live to exchange (that is my doctrine ).

Look at the chart attached: 3 entries with 3 mini lots each time for a total profit of 495 pips....and I never risked over 2 percent of my capital!!! Nice day....not always as now but quite often!!! It's possible to definitely upgrade your account balance being sharp and observing these strict rules with a good MM...

1 exception you need to be aware of is that the news which are important Nowadays, interest rate of ECB as well as the speech of JC Trichet should influence a lot trading egies....Especially on short TF for example 1mn and 5mn TF. So you avoid trading about 30 mn before and after the news release. Tomorow it's going to function as NFP...

You put the GMMA template which you can discover onnigeriaforextrading(Perosnnaly I put only the 12EMA on 5mn or even 15EMA on 1mn the 30EMA and 60EMA as a tunnel since it's better for me personally ) DMI14 Stochastics 5/3/3. These indis are offered on all PF!
