MA Bounce/Touch Email Alert

I am looking for an indi that will email me if price hits a specified ema, sma etc, ideally you could set up it to monitor strikes of a couple of mas onto a given chart. I only want it to send one email per ma touch. Does anyone have any ideas, I have not been able to come across an indi. Thank you.
