platform lockup

Gentlemen I'm wondering in the event that you can assist me with a small difficulty of having 2 EA,therefore attached to the same chart ( by error) My platform keeps locking up. I removed the EA,s from the specialists file but it seems like nothing. Any info or help would be appreciated. My platform is MT4

Hello barron.... Are you sure the ea's were to blame.... When applying an ea to a chart that already has an ea attached, metatrader should get rid of the initial ea....

In any event, odds are the last chart is still open.... There are a few methods to straighten out things....

begin metatrader again but be ready to close all open charts the complete first second you can....

Use the near chart x at the upper right corner of the chart....

Click multiple times fast, the moment any chart looks....

I lock mine up several times a week, that's my prefered method....

if your useful rootin around from the metatrader platform folder, then look in your profiles....

Instance....
Inserted Code C:Program Files1 Interbank FX Trader 4profilesBritish Pound you will have lots of profiles, but what your lookin for is the profile together with the last date modified CHR document....

They ought to say something like,

chart01.CHR
chart02.CHR

etc....

delete the last modified file....

Or, rename the profile...

ie , alter

that's only an example, you Want to change the past profile accessed....
