The values of dual type could range from -1.7 * e-308 to 1.7 * e308.

Can somebody explain this statement for me. Thank you

I really don't believe that was written properly. However, as it is written...


-1.7 x 10 ^ (-308) to 1.7 X 10 ^ 308

or about a very small number and a very major number.
