Need Info about a broker

Has anybody heard of COESfx or had an account with them? They are working like Interbankfx, no manipulation, and incredible spreads. But they bill USD 21.5 comm. Per round turn, similar to futures. A buddy of mine recommended them, I'd love to know if anybody has an experience, good or poor.
