Here is a quick chart (attached) that shows the moving average to the Non Farm Payrolls. Each number / data point is the 12 month simple average, for the launch -- not the number. I might work on one for the number and now if I have time.

I understand Burger King posted some historic charts today (but that thread is closed), which can be cool! Here's a hyperlink to each NFP chart, for the USD/JPY, GBP/USD, and EUR/USD, for about the past 4 decades, on the 15 minute along with the 1 hour charts:

http://www..com/NFP/charts.php

For the record, I am not trying to market anything. These historic charts are free to download and you can send the URL to as many people as you'd like.

I can post more thoughts about the NFP after now, including my thoughts concerning the report for tomorrow.

The January report can often be a substantial one -- and cause a lot of rethinking regarding rates and materials. However, the larger picture is that unless we get hot inflation, like a MOM increase to.4%, the Fed just doesn't have the ammunition needed to raise rate. Manufacturing remains slowing, or not expanding in its breakneck speed. Housing remains not looking good. Oil is currently easing off. That should provide.

Wage growth is perhaps the previous stand - if salaries rise, that can lead to inflation reliably.

It is still more likely that the Fed remains on hold for now, unless we receive a couple dangerously large CPI readings --.4% or even more. Hello Rob,
Can you expect a breakout in EUR, GBP into the drawback today?

My newstrading using auto-click feature didn't work with FXCM for both CAN and NFP employment report. However, I switched to OANDA and bagged around 50 pips with auto-click.

All professionals and pundits have failed to forecast NFP amounts but markets have predicted quite well. Watch the charts of g/u or e/u out of Wednesday and you know what I am referring to.

Lesson: Never seem to professionals and pundits to get NFP amounts, just look in markets to predict.

All professionals and pundits have failed to predict NFP numbers but markets have predicted very well. Watch the charts of g/u or even e/u from Wednesday and you know what I am referring to.

Lesson: Never look to professionals and pundits to get NFP numbers, just look at markets to predict. Go back and do research this matter and see exactly what the percent of NFP went same way as the week before it I bet u will discover it is not a good% but if it is previously say 80% get back to us otherwise that statement/ oppinion is useless no offence bro

Told you the ADP lowballed it.
If it didn't make me too cautious. For this big fall, I wonder just how regular it is that on Cable, on 15min charts, the 2nd and 3rd candlesticks moved a max of 17pips, and then retraced into my 23.6% fibo. I wonder if we will find a continuation of a downtrend today.

Well, I only saw my answer.

What happened to the follow through? Just a 100 pip move on the mother of all news releases? You would think with the numbers both US favorable and all the revision, there would be a bigger movement. A Whole Lot of resistance in the 1.9300-1.9285 area

The January report may be a one -- and cause a lot of rethinking about rates and materials. However, the larger picture is that unless we get hot inflation, like a MOM increase to.4%, the Fed simply does not have the ammunition needed to elevate rate. Manufacturing not expanding at its breakneck speed down, or is still slowing. Housing is still not looking good. Oil is currently easing off. That should provide some PPI relief, which filters to the CPI.

Wage growth is possibly the last stand - if wages increase, that may lead to inflation reliably.

It is still more probable that the Fed stays on hold for now, unless we receive a couple dangerously large CPI readings --.4percent or more.
