Trading off of the Previous High and Low

Does anyone commerce based off the previous days high and low? I know there is the SRDC variant, however I wanted to get some input as to anyone else that could be trading like this, as much as what you create your stop losses at, do you put 2 trades in the same time a buy and sell and run with whatever gets hit first? When to depart your trade?

I would really like to hear anyone's opinions in regards to the post.
