Looking for a Volume Alert

can anybody put in an alert when volume crosses a volume Level? It'll be great!

Hi All,

I am after a volume indior which could be set to sound an alert and send an email when volume reaches a pre-determined configurable level.

I think there's a better volume indy getting round that alarms with a pub color change that's useful but favor a particular price.
