I started with $200 roughly 3 weeks ago, lost half now.
I really regreted my error of ignore the demonstration trading. Demo trading isn't anything like live trading, it is far better to get used to losing money for actual, you have only lost a days worth of work at a minimum wage job, so it is not really bad.

I started with 1.5k, made a killing initially, then lost all my profits overtrading.

Withdrew 1k and started back from 500 dollars while I figured out that I actually knew nothing and the way to repair that.

Started with $4000, traded mini lots of 10k at a time. This is the way to start. If you start with a account, I do not feel like you obtain any actual trading experience because the value per pip is really low.

Launched using a dead stop on my livelihood at 10k never got near it. Decided I would never size up I was at the green and this was a very easy rule to avoid blowing .

I think its fair to state by having such a small initial account it will be hard to distance yourself plogically from daily profits and losses. Once you have an adequate nest egg might be quite easy although instantly fruing to gut once you recall your just dropping profits.

I began with 1000$ and following 6 months I have lost'just' . I think it's very difficult to begin with 500$ or less since beginners wanto to create money as soon as possiible. I learnt courses in a week of live trading.

I started $1000 collective account and gain $600 within 7 days and pulled the profit....after 7 days after the account had been blown up by use The Martingale imitation Genious EA.

Launched collective account again with $1000 and gain $1000 within 7 days and pulled the profit by use Semi-automatic pushed EA. Go some deposit $800 and lost $900 by use A Scalpers EA about the cross rate pairs and give trading up for a while.

It's been 5 decades, every day the always sing a song the fantasy start has started! , lots of play the Demos, finishing my boring study, And today I shall comeback with only $3000 to become Millionaire for the next 20 years...

Iusing a MM egy that is flexible and'm starting over this time with # 400. I've explained this in some more detail .

As for earning a living in Foreign Exchange I used to blow up all of the time for getting this as a goal. I didn't wish to be wealthy, but I was desperately unhappy in a job that paid me my peanuts and treated me like shit. I believed that FX was likely to be my saviour; of course it was not and that I failed. What makes the difference is that I have a well paid job in a nice environment, and it's taken all of the strain and there's no desire to create those mistakes. I see FX as a supplement to my income these days but I wouldn't want to do full time to it - well, not unless I was was a millionaire already!

I believe its different for each person, but for me personally I recommend starting off slowly, using a few hundred, possibly $300-$500. This is more to have comfortable with trading live and the experience of it then about turning it into tens of thousands.

Oanda permits you to exchange smalls amount that works for me so I'm not over-leveraging.

Use appropriate money management if you would like to survive. Hello,

I only want to know, do you consider yourself a fantastic trader? I've looked in the stats, plus they look horrible. It doesn't look like you have made money . Plus you are trading for five decades.

Is FX of a hobby for you, a challenge that you would like to conquer? And is the advice that you giving others on the forum according to your failures?

Start small and grow it gradually Exactly. I also began with little amount ( with only $100) and ever since that time, I have been expanding it slowly every month with tough determination and patient.

But when I went I began using a whopping $200.

Keep in mind however, that I dropped an estimated 2.3 billion in presentation trading over 3 years before I put my first live trade. May I ask how you worked it out to 2.3bil. Not wanting to be rude just curious

I began trading with $500 and managed to turn it into $2000 before dropping it all. I have blown several accounts so I'm far more careful nowadays.
