Are you using fibo numbers ?

determined by what you want. Onto a 1h/30d chart I use the tunnel that is wavy. Which is 6 EMAs. Actually its up to you and how you would like to use them.

yes. The wavy tube is a moving fibbonacci number. Me ans several buddies have been demo trading to it and backtesting it. It works with every currency. And with the last run with the pound you'd have gotten 250 pips. It normally takes about three days. But take that three times with three currencies and you be happy.

Try to adhere to most common used values to your Moving averages these are 20 , 50 ,100 and 200 . The 100 and 200 degrees are among the most watched levels around so the market always reacts.

But many statistical studies of this market show that no MA is better than other. It depends on the way your using it (to capture trends, as a trigger and so on) and the markets states. So, don't think too much in anyone that states that with the X perido MA you'll be more profitable. Make your homework and study profoundly your egy.

I have the 200-smoothed MA on all of my charts (m15, h1, d1) to inform me which side of the market I must be trading.

I use:
8 EMA and 21 EMA on daily chart
150 EMA and 356EA on H1 chart
but use it only as a trend detector and dynamic support / resistance levels

Depends what you use it for.

Straightforward Procedure is to utilize MA200. Applicable to some timeframe.

When trending: price tears beneath the MA200, short it. Once price comes up to MA200, close position. (vice versa)

Although this lacks precision. But it is able to capture the urge moves.

I utilize Moving averages 10, 20 and 50.

But I just saw in this tread that MA 100 and 200 are mostly used and always demone a response on the charts?! Is that right?

Hello, what is an appropriate MA period for every chart frames? 30m/1h/4h/daily thank you if you're a short-term trader then reduced time frames like H1, M30 would be better! For doing long-term trading D1 is the very best! Incidentally, I use EMA8 and EMA21 into my live trading account, yes it is crossover egy.

Most traders will teach you to exchange fundamental moving average hybrids as well as the benefits will fall from the sky. Sadly, this isn't precise. Frequently stocks will tick over or below moving averages to just proceed in the crucial course. This will abandon you on the wrong side of the market and down in your position. The following are a couple of methods to profit trading the SMA. This will abandon you on the wrong side of the market and down in your position. Depending on what you would like. On a 1h/30d chart I use the wavy tunnel. Which is 6 EMAs that are unique. Really its up to you and how you would like to use them.
