Error message from EA quotSignal - failed send data [403]quot

I got the following error message from an EA I wrote Signal - neglected send data [403]

Neither of those log files have anything happening around the time this error appeared so appears to have nothing to do with new or existing trades.

Error 403 is not mentioned in the MT4 listing of errors. Anyone have any idea what this is?
