Stop ordering the news

Hi All

I follow and find it interesting to exchange the news. Only difference is I use pending orders. During volume anaysis and price action leading up to the news event I dtermine which way the price is likey to move.

Any way anyone welcome to comment and join in - I am in demo testing net MT4 with XMwhich appears to have some issues with platform freezing through occasions.

Additional a TE to see how it moves - dismiss these GBPJPY trades was just messing about which appeared to burn me

Snapped some on the down movement - should of taken any profits out but instead shut it all. My broker is hour ahead so resembles the transaction is on the incorrect loion here

Closed for tiny profit - gapped up and XM just froze so could not transfer my sl. Was lucky to escape when I did. Starting to observe that XM MT4 stinks during high volatility occasions that isnt good for news trading

Ha that went nicely -=knew that I should not have exchanged NFP. Was a Small f-up in my part as did not move my brief stop quick enough before the news and it got triggered just ahead of the release - then trying to bring my SL down on it grabbed my extended order instead and brought that down which then got triggered - prosper 2 Major losses

Though like I said was offline for last few hours, but you can filter any specific news event and it'll draw years worth of prvious outcomes and you can check the chart on these specific releases. Will have to check about helping as got a Complete time job but may have a couple of hours a day to help out

Plus working so did not get much of an Opportunity to exchange all day - so prefer to exchange news as know when I can quickly check markets

Hi Bulltrader, do you mind me asking again, what this egy you're using is? Maybe I can make it better, but I am very curious. Looking to get into news trading again, but straightforward news straddling for us retail traders is not so easy.
