Received a Margin Call - Help Please

Hello Men,

Please I will need your help like I got unfair margin call from oanda in jan 16 in 2:07:26'm australian time
for Aud/chf on .7318 and I did test with different brokers and on that time the price never went low.

Please advice me what to do????

to begin with, did you contact them and asked what's this about? Yes I did and theu told me thats how it's!!!

I lost over 20k and its not reasonable.

You can lose more funds than you deposit in the margin account. A decrease in the value of securities that are purchased on margin may require you to provide additional funds to the firm that has made the loan to avoid the forced sale of the securities or other securities in your account. So they will chase you till you give them all your belongings??

Sorry about the Reduction.
Oanda FXCM equally have comparable charts with price below .7318 on either.
A SL @ .8000 or above on Oanda must have been filled.
If you didn't have a SL then you're probably stuck with the reduction.
