Each time I FXDD it asks me An app needs permission to continue the way to I or let MT4 to open without asking me. In addition, I utilize it and IBFX doesn't ask me, it merely opens.

No warranties, but you can try right clicking on the desktop icon and choose 'run'.

Or, if there's a 'do not ask me again' checkbox select which.
