Why doesn't he record a complaint to FSA in Japan?

This is actually strange. We ought to always select the nicely regulated brokers because of this.

Watch that is the stage I'm discussing. The broker did not take/stole his money/profit. The broker only said he needed to leave for a policy breach. What do you think he could do? The broker did not break the law.

Thus, the broker has an upper hand over us always. When they don't like us, they could kick us out at any moment for any reason.

I have double feelings about this. On one hand I am inspired that somebody, somewhere is making such profits, on the other hand I'm a little bit disappointed: what should broker will not yield even smaller profits? Imagine if one day my broker will probably only close everything down with no explanation? How stable it is?

Can anyone with more interest and absolutely free time retell main articles from the thread? Perhaps there are more information about this?

As long as Japanese brokers go, you don't eliminate money (both the capital and profit) because of the strict gov management (a felony charge). This is precisely what I have heard from reliable sources. (I really don't use them because I reside in the US).

However, I don't have any idea about other brokers (US and others). I believe gov regulations mean little when it comes to safeguarding your money. I could eliminate ALL your money, if your broker disappears through the night. There is no way monitoring them down, particularly if it's off-shore.

And to enter such casino, you have to first knock two long 3 shorts on the metal door, then go few minutes through dark corridors and eventually enter smoked filled room with two guys on the entry, looking like 2x2 meters boulders using a mustaches?
