Thread: Trade-24 sc money and does not honor withdrawals

Hello there Folks of nigeriaforextrading.

It's been a while since I lead anything at nigeriaforextrading. I, however, will do that today and I'll take action to warn fellow traders to get a broker I have been trading with for 2 decades now, Trade-24 (http://www.trade-24.com). I would like to create this warning to all of you since the Foreign Exchange market has a bad reputation as it is. As a retail trader we rely on the brokers who permit retail trader to trade and unfortunately there are those brokers that doesn't have an honest agenda. Trade-24 are among those brokers out there that retains the poor standing about the Forex business undamaged.

I'll inform you my story in summary so that you can check for yourself whether or not you ought to place your hard-won money in this company or not. My proposal however is; not. There are many brokers for retail traders out there who do make an honest job. You will be a lot better off at one of those.

My story in brief:

It all started with a phone call, as it always does nowdays, by a man called Jack () that desired me to begin trade at Trade-24. I had my doubts, I sure needed. Not at least because of the simple fact that Trade-24 was, and isn't, regulated. Anywhere!
He called me a few times and nicely... I tought he had some fantastic stuff to say so I started the smallest account availible (500 USD). Soon Jack could not be attained any longer and I was delegated to Daniel Erickson (). He turned into, what they call, my account manager and he stuck around for nearly a year, always asking for more and more cash. I decided to deposit an additional 850 USD. After all, Trade-24 was stil there and didn't execute my trades. However, before I deposit the cash I asked Daniel Erickson how safe Trade-24 really are. He confronted with a few Broker Reviews found on the internet and after that he declared that what was writen in those reviews was BS and that he got offended by my email because Trade-24 always admired refunds. Actually he said he must cease trading if Trade-24 one day should not honor withdrawals.
So I deposit 850 USD.

I then again I got a new Account manager. This time Danny Bloomberg () and I started to get just a bit concerned about all these changes of account supervisors so I asked Danny Bloomberg how the process of withdrawal was done. What was needed of me etc.. He then got angry, asking my why I needed to withdraw cash. I got quite surprised about this and stated that I could of course get my cash there just a little time more.

Then guess what... I got a new account manager. This time Justin Cohen (). And the problem really begins. I decided to withdraw my cash. So I once more asked how to create the procedure to that everything will be correct. When I asked this I obtained as such a verbal beating by Justin Cohen that I could not believe my mind. I wasn't ever worth a glass of water and I should not ask for withdrawals! He also ended the call by stating that he would take actions if I was to ask wthdrawals again. I don't know what type of actions because it's obvious that I can not withdraw my money anyway and that, at least for me personally, is the worst activity that a broker can create. Scaming my cash.

I got no help, I have asked withdrawals for three months, once a day, but no cash at my accounts. Not at Skrill, not at my bank account. Nothing!

It is really a sad story and convinced... in hintesight that it can be simple to state that I was able to anticipate this. But everything seems simple in hintsight.

Now I am sitting here, trying to withdraw my cash for three months now and not 1 cent has ended up at any account that I have asked withdrawals to.
Trade-24 is defently one of those brokers that participates to the brokers that makes the Forex industry get poor standing. Know about those!

I am in favor of Binary Option trading. But I don't believe you can blame Binary Choice. But, I haven't worked together, so that I can take overlook and say things. I hope that the problem gets solved.

As retail Currency Market traders, we all rely on Brokers for our trading action. I favor brokers who accept bank wire transfer. I've fallen victim also of account managers questing why I wish to withdraw my cash. Forex peace military has a review of some broker, though

Yes. As mentioned previously. Everything always seems so easy when the answers already have been granted to you. But ofcourse.... I can see it is not the best broker in the world. And I for one knows it for a actuality.

Binary Option? I have not traded Binary in Trade-24. Why do you think that?

My very first post @nigeriaforextradingbut when I watched this about Trade-24 I just felt the need to write since I also have difficulty with withdrawals from Trade-24 and this makes me so damn mad.

I have more than 8 000 USD in my account and they refuse to draw the money. I have tried to receive my money back for 5 weeks now. So I guess you won't get your money. Might I ask how much money you have in your account Jolimoney?

I also have had to do with one man called Daniel Ericsson along with a Justin Cohen. coincidence? I believe not.
Talking to Daniel and Justin wasn't a really wonderful experience. Justin Cohen threatened me. It had been many months now but it had been something like: if you do not stop asking for your money I will look you up. For me it's a threat.

Stay away from these offenders!

First of all, sorry for your loss.

But the question just begs to be asked: why did you choose a broker you knew questionable, and untrue?
Since you're a member of FF.com since 2006, and you combined that broker in 2014...I am sure you'd been aware of many similar stories.
So, please help us all, and inform what mindset drove them? What benefits they offered to really go there?

Hi. Thanks for your answer. I was attempting to explain it all in the text above (and below here where I bolded the important parts). But certain... it might not have comed out as clear as I have hoped. Not simple to do while keeping a long story short.
To answer your question. My time here in nigeriaforextrading has never been to search for brokers. In fact that is my very first time in this section of nigeriaforextrading. So no, I have not seen anything regarding Trade-24 here in nigeriaforextrading since I have not looked for it.
Secondly: I did not choose them as my prime broker, if that is what you mean by choose. My very first broker of choice, where I cunduct my principal company, is Dukas Duplie (Dukas Duplie Bank). But I wanted to try Trade-24 out much due to the things this Jack was saying. I truly liked his approach to investing in generell.

But in the bottom line of course this was a very poor option. However it is always easy to be wise after the event. If you have all facts and each if and but on hand.

I made a misstake. Economical based on my working capital this amount is not even 1% so for me it is not like I would die if I won't get my money back. It's just that I truly dislike these bahaviour. I believe every people, company or orginisation that manages other peoples money will take action in a proper and honest way. I do it with my clients and anticipate other people, businesses etc to do it with their clients money.
And I should say that I actually love Forex and should can; 1). Assist other retail traders to prevent poor brokers and...2. Contribute to that undesirable brokers will have a tiny bit harder time in this company it is well worth this.
Hopefully 1 day we'll only have great brokers that conduct their business in a fair way. It's not today but hopefully later on.

I meant the comment not about searching trade-24 beforehand, from 2006, but you probably been aware that quite a couple of scam brokers existed, and the things that may backfire with zero regulation, even since it's almost equal to a licence to scam.

And yes, read the bolded part as well, just couldnt and cant imagine the fantastic things in details what a Jack may say and his way of trading needed to perform with your account opening. I had some brokers where there was a supposed account manager, well, as a trader a really couldnt care more about them and everything they have to say.
Particularly in the event that you have(had) a fantastic broker for primary business...

anyway, once more sorry for your loss, no one likes to be scammed.

Well, what can I say greater then you're so correct. Why why why... I guess most of us make dumb choices from time to time.

Anyhow: Do not trust those guys.
