Ping is timing out and tracert times out after hitting 10.3.0.1. An engineer at Netgear elsewhere on the community had similar results. I delivered a message to but their reply showed no interest. I talked to my ISP, Netgear, and Oanda. I still can't link to Oanda and when I can't get this fixed (if Oanda will not take this badly) I might have to find another broker.
