Thread: GFTForex.com Platform Problem

Has anyone else experienced the problem I had on the GFTForex.com DealBook Web trading platform ? :

I shut out 3 transactions depending on the profit revealing from the P/L column next to every currency pair....GFT then proceeded to debit my account rather than Crediting the profitable trades....They then proceeded to inform me that I SHOULD have looked up at the Unrealized Profit/Loss notation at the corner of this platform, and that I SHOULD have seen that the transactions were negative (after the roster ) there! ....After speaking with 5 people @ GFT, and people 5 people agreeing with what happened, they explained that they did nothing wrong and couldn't rectify my account. (They also told me that they were changing the platform in the near future)

I've never had a terrible problem before, but I do agree that their accounting systems are more complied to say the VERY least!
