Thread: Trading The Numbers?

I look for a confluence of factors then determine how feasible the setup is in line with my swing trading style.

    Trade safe and prosper.

Should you start looking for reactions at bizarre numbers 52, 61, 27, 13 You may begin seeing them...
You may even draw random line on a chart. . Close your eyes, draw on a set line. . And price will appear to respect it, at some point later on.
Try it. . You're going to be amazed.

    Hi Bloodpoodle,

I understand that I could draw random lines anywhere on a chart and Price will, at some moment, react to them.

However, it is a fact that Institutions utilize Whole and Half Numbers to construct and off fill their positions.

I am not only entering Trades liberally at Whole and Half Numbers, there's some consideration taken when shooting a Ranking.

Do you know what verifiion bias is?

Look in the chart when that big slide occurred beginning from 153.576 to under BRN of 153. Yes it did turn into resistance once it was pierced - when BNR's are all that significant, but wasn't it first support.

When I learn something new about the markets I look to find out how I could be wrong or less right as I initially thought. Instead of it worked, and here and here.

    Just sayin'.

But I do see in above post you also search for additional confirmation instead of just randomly after BRN's independently.

Actually traders r humans [that may change] r superstitious to n humans. What I know is wall street traders is caring for moon/sun eclipses n a few establishments generating commerce calculations based on. So RN may work as well

Not only superstition ... Only plogical.

Like said earlier BloodPoodle, you can draw a random line on chart and you definitely find some precision. So a 00 RN will have more - plogical - affinity to traders.

    Hi ,

Yes, I do know what verifiion bias is.

I have been using these Degrees for a while and always attempt to wait around for the Institutions to show their hand before committing myself to a Trade Bias.

I have no idea which Levels will be utilized, in advance, I just follow where they lead.

As long as I WAIT for the Institutions to show their hand there is a clear advantage in Trading them.

A round number has no more credibility than any other number. As bloodpoodle pointed out, some other number can do as portion of a trigger mechanism, because all and any selected numbers have exactly the same opportunity. So, take your choice on any number(s) and adhere to them if numbers are part of your trigger system. The bottom line is....thinking that 00 etc is sacrosanct is no more than a fallacy.

    Hello Landline,

Round Numbers and Half Amounts are utilized by the Institutions so that we see more Exotic Amounts Originate from them.

So in my humble opinion Whole and Half Numbers have a larger role to play than some other random Amounts.

As I have shown in the charts, I have posted, it is not just a matter of entering Trades from these Amounts but waiting for Institutions to reveal their hands.

Sir I'll highly recommend you to learn index choices first and then come back to FX to find out more how single currency responds to its competitor currency = to understand currency pairs

(off-course its your will to follow above things or allow it to go... may god bless you )
