yes. The wavy tube is a moving fibbonacci number. Me ans several buddies have been demo trading to it and backtesting it. It works with every currency. And with the last run with the pound you'd have gotten 250 pips. It normally takes about three days. But take that three times with three currencies and you be happy.

Try to adhere to most common used values to your Moving averages these are 20 , 50 ,100 and 200 . The 100 and 200 degrees are among the most watched levels around so the market always reacts.

I concur with him if you do not optimize your egies. But many statistical studies of this market show that no MA is better than other. It depends on the way your using it (to capture trends, as a trigger and so on) and the markets states. So, don't think too much in anyone that states that with the X perido MA you'll be more profitable. Make your homework and study profoundly your egy.

I have the 200-smoothed MA on all of my charts (m15, h1, d1) to inform me which side of the market I must be trading.

10,50,200 EMAs are used by me.

    I use:
8 EMA and 21 EMA on daily chart
    150 EMA and 356EA on H1 chart
but use it only as a trend detector and dynamic support / resistance levels

Depends what you use it for.

Straightforward Procedure is to utilize MA200. Applicable to some timeframe.

When trending: price tears beneath the MA200, short it. Once price comes up to MA200, close position. (vice versa)

Although this lacks precision. But it is able to capture the urge moves.
