Candle Change Indicator with alarm

Has anyone got or can anyone create an indior the sounds an alarm if a candle sticks onto a colour?

E.g. Bullish candles are GREEN. Bearish candles are RED.

In a downtrend I want to set the alarm to sound in the near of a Bearish candle just (red).
In an upward trend I switch into sounding alarm on the close of a Bullish candle just (green)

Thanks for any assistance.
