S/L for EUR/USD and GBP ?

Hi,

I'm trying out a medium-term sytem where I hold a position from 1 day to several days. I would like to have the ability to correct my T/P but I would like to be strict with my S/L. I'm mindful of trailing stops . What I am trying to work out is the number of pips should I input in order to provide me a chance to play with my sytem without getting kicked out? Generally speaking of course. Just looking for a few experienced trader who will instruct me in this matter.

I believe that the stop loss would be based on where you input with reference to the resistance/support points, maybe swing low/high. It could be something to the tune of 25-100 pips for EURUSD and 35-125 pips for GBPUSD.

Could discuss more specifically when more info is available.

Have fine 100 pips .
