Reason for my diary:
· To help me explain my thinking, especially on set ups and exits
· To help me along with my trading discipline to stick with my principles
· To help me know the current environment (see the charts as of now)

The structure of my diary consists of three items, namely:
· Note Observation (ie view of charts)
· Notice Action (trade taken either brief or long with associated profit targets.)
· Note Reflection (reflect on mistakes and decide on enhancements)

What this diary does not do:
· Report in my returns
· The number of pips made or lost
· External view (does not encourage advice from other people)
· here to teach others

· Introspective opinion (only for myself, looking inward)
· Simply trade GBP/JPY

From 4 hourly chart over past five days, as above, it looks bearish without the change of trend management.

When it drops under S1 (1148,17) in the morning, it could go to S3 (16,53).

When it bounces off S1, it may range for the whole morning, before it makes its mind to go long or short. Tomorrow morning , so we will see.

Mistake: didn't take order on the retrace, and thus missed 5 pips

Hint: what struggle to acquire S1 (did not get there by 5 pips). Should have taken 10 pips profit and bailed out.

Overall Tendency is bearish, but Can Wind then down and up to CP again
