It is a bit hard to tell, are H4 TR the beginning one? If so they seem a little steep for me. The D1 line I can't talk on since it's on a H4 Chart. Now I can state based on how competitive you need to be may have an affect on the way and where you put your TRs. Without looking at complete bias ching waves will cause some outs. In the example you're showing, you might have wanted to stay out of any long positions as price is obviously having trouble with the 107.00 area. I would wait to state if price comes down more, maybe retesting last swing low, then shing my TL to that swing high. Gives you more breathing room.

You must take a look at the entire picture when entering a trade, not trading since the market crossed a line.

Well because in that time the green line has been higher up on the chart. As the candles for each evening form the green line moving on the peak of each wave because the markets in this case move. Nonetheless, it is extremely subjective. You might make the argument that there was a wave and that the green line must have transferred which could have finished in an entrance after, but that tide was little and the lineup could have been steep. Even though the line that was next was steep but he apparently took the transaction and then two more lines afterwards theres hardly a tide but yet it might have been entered.

The thing about the system and the way rallfe trades it is extremely subjective. As is the case with every system on this. 1 individual may be able to be profitable but another individual might not on the same system. The fact is if you observe a system such as a robot you will not make money since no system works 0 automated. You need to take a system and use it as a guide line and use your own intuition for the rest. That is why money can be made by rallfe on this system and many of use cant. If you see rallfes movies youll see that he doesnt follow the machine like a robot. From the movies he must have taken losses however he clarifies why he didnt. I call that intuition. You need to find the system that best suits your own intuition.

With that being said I hope everyone had jumped on that USD JPY long variant a few days ago. Rallfe gave us a heads up on.

Thank It was a fantastic answear. Perhaps it will develop more with experience, and try to stay safe better later in the trade then enter a fakout. And examine the waves the line moves to.

    Hi newb here,

Don't know whether this is relevant or not but we have to avoid to draw extreme trendlines, right?

And isn't that a bit subjective since you can control your chart (with cursor in the ideal side) to make it more flat and, with that action, make your trendline somewhat steep?

    Nevertheless .... interesting concept!!

Yes. So to me this way, steep in relation I've drawn on the chart. Or you may set up the incline of your chart by simply copying off among Ralffe's.

Yes steep is quite subjective and steep for one person might not be steep for someone else. You've got to use your intuition to draw on the lines. Keep in mind that the you draw on a line the more likely youll get break outs that are false. The flatter you draw on the line the more likely youll get split outs as well. Generally I like to use the default option MT4 sized scale chart and zoom in and outside to draw lines. I believe the scale is at maximum by default.
