Remember any book or video can only make us conscious of what we will need to be doing to maintain those pips day in day out. It is the doing that's the part that is hard, since we can't rewire ourselves - it takes time.

    Thank you.

I always lurk here but don't post much any more. No return on this effort. I hate to see people struggle with trading when it boils down to simple concepts and to discipline. There are many people on this website with ulterior motives seeking to ch the attention of their members to sell them a method based on indiors that don't work. I sometimes have a moment of survivor guilt over the fact that I trade profitably and attempt to come here to assist.

It seems that most of the members are convinced there's a secret mixture of indiors that will make them powerful. They don't know the plogy involved and they're chasing a method that does not produce trades. It does not exist. I am still trading at around a 65% win rate and win about 1.4 to 1.5 times as far as I risk on any particular trade. That is what works. Losing trades is part of this game and always will be.

New traders can choose the chart I posted, find out the concept, adapt it to their chosen pair or market and the time frame they wish to exchange and be profitable in the area of a few days study and work. TRADING IS SIMPLE.

I bought in EUR/USD. It is also the current week low. This may go down or up. We're on major service and I am buying a low so I think it may work out but I shall close it at a loss and take the next trade when it goes against me.

    Simple.

Yes, we do all tend to over-complie things, in existence in addition to in trading, it's the human way. Trading is simple when you've cracked the code, whatever code that can be for you, because trading requires lots of abilities which all must combine to generate consistent results or if I say codes. Trading has been likened by me to solving a mystery which can never be fully solved but solved far enough to generate consistent profits, and it isn't just on the displays however in our minds as well.

You will notice that I'm a bit of a serial thread starter if you have a look at my page! However, why do I start a thread, any thread in the first loion? Is it because I think that it may help people to become better traders? No, it isn't.

It is because when I've got an idea about a thread that I wish to post, it's because I hope it goes some way towards assisting individuals better understand the road they have stumbled upon, a road, usually quite long with many disadvantages, that's likely to totally engage us to get a significant part of our lives, with absolutely no guarantee of a successful outcome.

If anything I post instills belief, then actually, that's half the battle, in fact it's the struggle, for only 100% commnt and belief in our skills is what's going to count in the end.

If you've lost belief in yourself, you have the world from you Ralph Waldo Emerson.

One of the most difficult parts of trading is being able to wait for the right. Most traders are not at all patient and believe that should they aren't in the market then they must do something wrong. Trading is a fighting game, and awaiting pays. Since you are worried of missing the movement of the day, jumping in does not.

I speak only on the assumption that the fundamental mistakes I made ( I make mistakes of course ) are repeated by other people by the mere fact that most of us have brains that are similar.

Today is a sad day for me personallypersonally, but also liberating. This trading adventure was began by me . I am still not profitable. Luckily, I never blew up any accounts. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself just be a regular person that leads their 401k alloed to index mutual funds rather than becoming involved in trading believe I might be the market. I am tired of wasting time on this particular endeavor. I am so tired and sick of the market. I feel completely burned out. I am frued because I thought this would be my ticket into being independent that is financial and also being my own boss. Rather, I'm remain another wage slave like the majority of people. Going forward, I intend to discount the markets totally and just contribute regularly to my retirement accounts till I am old. Fantastic luck nigeriaforextrading.

I/we, thank you so much for this honest and frank post numbrcrunchr, also I believe because we are all in this together, most of us know, fully, just where you're coming from.

This isn't an easy business, most of us know that, and there's never ever any guarantee of success to any of us. Many of us give up some for good, some come back, some wished they hadn't others were glad that they did, and so it moves on. The markets will probably always be, doing what they do day after day, offering opportunities for enrichment, but also for disappointment and even to get a few, ruin.

Never regret anything in life though, particularly when it involves trying to better yourself and provide to your loved ones, retirement or anything, as it's always better to try and fail than to not try at all.

I wish you all the best, and if you ever need to chat trading, or bounce anything off me, then drop me a pm.

    Good luck my friend.
