People, this was a matter of fantastic interest to many, if not all! I myself tried times connecting Excel and MT4, but had no success. I used Excel 2007 and Windows 7 Home Premium------NEVER WORKED! I upgraded my notebook to Excel 2010 and Windows 7 Professional. And to my utter amazement, everything worked fine! I started the DDE-Sample. Xls file which is in among the Program Documents (comes once you download MT4). When the file opened was 'Empower Content', which appears just below the Menu bar. Behind the scenes, this is the Visual Basic Code which runs in the background. The formulas in the document become active, and you can see their values change when worth in MT4 alter (before you open this document, make certain MT4 is active and running).

Once this document begins functioning, you are able to drop the Title of the Pair, Bid, Ask etc., in the MT4 area into Excel cells.
Screenshot2 is under!

It's not possible to check at many charts at one period in MT4, however you can readily compute the results in Excel for as many pairs of your interest, and see your bottom-line outcomes!
The procedure above is very straight forward--Excel 2010 and Windows 7 Professional. I haven't tested out 8.1 Windows 8 for this operationcan't talk for that!

Great Luck ! If you encounter may be fix!
