Establish the tendency using a moving average. On 1H 100 EMA for instance. Be sure all your trading is with this tendency. Probably the area for any trader!!!

Now, NY is closed. So, I am just scalping amounts. For example DAX has dropped over 400 points this week/month. You could look for fast in/out chances on smaller (1M) time frame.
