Thread: MA Cross/RSI Short Term Trading System

I added a PSAR into the MA which I shifted to 14 And the RSI which is still 14....here is what that looks like.

The settings for your PSAR are 0.0075 0.075
This is the 1 hour chart

I have only just read this thread and I'm wondering how I could examine more vertical appearing RSI at esignal or tradestation. The logic would be something like when RSI on among the 5 bars was higher than 60 and in the close of the bar RSI crossed below 50 afterward sell but that is not easy to program.

    Newstrader,
Your system seems simple yet powerful. What do you think about using it on longer term charts like 4hr or dailys? It seems like it would work provided that you maintain the incline of the RSI and support and resistance levels as you said.

You should correct system rules, since it is not merely ema 21 and rsi cross
but also more things like service, resistance, and who knows what else

The mot problem for any system is that a ranging market....
The most likely pair I believe is GBP/JPY....
If this method is useable to GBP/JPY then I believe it a potential method....
Correct me if im wrong....while I anchored my boat here...

    Hi all,
I'd introduce my egy for testing. The basic thing to do would be to watch USD/JPy,if yen is in 5 pips lower than previous closing price, than short GBP/JPY,you will aim 50 pips.

Hope you all comment on this, preferrably along with your best egies about GBP/JPY,GBP/USD.

    Thanks
