I think this thread is a good idea. There are a lot of people like you, who only have the mobile to operate. It would be great to share simple setups that work on H4.
The most important thing on mobile: to know when NOT to operate. If you don’t see a clear entrance, wait. It’s not the same to have a clean setup as to trade by boredom.
My advice: choose just a couple of instruments. Don’t try to cover the entire market from the mobile phone. A well analyzed pair yields more than ten poorly viewed.
I use the EMA crossover strategy + surround pattern. If it happens in support/resistance zone, I enter. All visible in the app.
You should consider installing the TradingView app. Even if you operate from FXCM, you can do your analysis there and then run the command in FXCM.
Apps have a disadvantage: emotional control is more difficult. Everything looks very fast and one tends to overoperate. Beware of that.
If you are going to follow this path, I recommend an operations journal. Write down why you entered, what you saw, if it was valid. In a short time you will improve a lot.
In my opinion, if you can't operate with a simple strategy from the mobile, you won't know how to operate from the PC either. The problem isn't the tool, it's the logic behind it.
I have a spreadsheet with my rules and setups. Every time I open an operation from the mobile, I check the sheet before running. It has saved me many times.
