The Vegas Wealth Builder has a strong following so lets article observatins and opinions about how currency chart pairs as they develop. Now that we have a better comprehension of how VWB works this will be an excellent instrument for both the poster and the reader.

I found the following from here: https://www.nigeriaforextrading.com/...dom-calls.html
and believed it is an excellent illuion of one way for people to post their VWB chart observations:

    01/30/2005: 9.00pm est

Daily VWB chart, current price levels. .

    1. GBP/USD - tunnel. Expecting the price might split the tunnel south.
    2. AUD/USD - In tunnel.
    3. EUR/JPY - In 2nd Fib. Looks very bullish though. Waiting for alteration sign.
    4. EUR/GBP - Broke the tunnel heading south. Waiting to reach 1st fib.
    5. USD/CAD - under tube fib In 1st. Waiting to reach fib.
    6. USD/CHF - Broke the tunnel heading north. Waiting to reach fib.
    7. USD/JPY - In 2nd Fib. Looks very bullish though. Waiting for alteration sign.
    8. EUR/USD - In tunnel. Expecting the price might split the tunnel south.

Currently interested in EUR/JPY and USD/JPY for reversals.

This is just a good illuion of one approach to talk about your thought (s) on how to share thoughts on chart improvements using Vegas' powerful method.

Please keep in mind that if you disagree with a person on how they read a growth we must respect everyone's right to their view. The sole expert on this subject is Vegas. Hopefully this thread can help the rest of us build his comprehension of the VWB.

Now lets see whether there is sufficient interest to get this moving...

I'm still with Vegas System. I think it's fantastic to see that there are. Ordinarily - for a number of reasons - prices ought to behave like prognosted in the Vegas.

It's difficult to think on two opinions. Why I feel for example GBP should really soon smash down, I as well commerce with the trend (with carefull but tollerant stops) and make an awfull lot of cash.

My favorite weakness Indior DeMarker gets always kicked in its underside (mega overbought, but it still buys more) and I see why TA is inferior to a solid and healthy intuition.

The markets are going to be against USD as long as some Big-Wig decides to do some thing for your USD.

Again our motif ought to be The trend is your friend

... until the trend is going to change. That though the majority people will see to late. This is the reason I invest reasonable lots into the trend, not too scared (no too tight sl), but I won't bet my house every day on the equilibrium of the trend. At the meantime I have made some 50percent on my funds with 5 percent risks gambling with the trend rather than getting scared.

    Hello Fukinagashi,

you said you like to trade with the trend. For me it is also difficult to think two opinions, although VWB is liked by me. What System do you trade with the trend? Vegas 4Hr Tunnelmethode?

    Kind Regards

I'm only talking about a long term perspective. I really do trade intraday, but no severe transactions.

Having mentioned this: Longterm-Trading using the tendency (given we have a tendency like recently with a weak dollar) is for me easier then trying to predict if the trend turns. In the past I lost x pips to predictions of turning trends today I loose x/2 pips to the fact that I'm not as fast as the guys has turned.

However, I still like to have a feeling when the trend could turn. It's possible to use for and several overbought indiors example the VWB-method. That does not mean that I attempt to predict the turn arround, but when we see this week levels of 1.85/1.27 and 113.5/114 offended I am ready to bet for a strong dollar, since VWB (and other systems) are hinting for a while now.

    But me...

Thank you for responding Pipex, glad to hear that the system remains being used. You said you tweaked Vegas' original system have your results been? I love the simplicity of looking for reversal patterns past fib levels. It is easy, but not straightforward. I have looked over several pairs and this system seems to function in ranging markets which have some volatility. At a tight-ranging market it doesn't function at all as the fib amounts are not breached and of course in a trend that is powerful it doesn't work. Have you or anybody made some modifiions to tackle both of these states or do you just completely ignore pairs in tight ranges or in powerful tendencies? Thank you for sharing!

    If anybody is interested...

Early last nite (EST) the GBP/USD broke the wave very firmly on my 1hr chart (as did several other pairs) so I entered brief and decided to deal with it as a day commerce. After I was 30 pips to profit I moved my stop loss to 1 pip in profit. Woke up this AM to find I had been stopped out as price had broken back up to the upside through the wave. I was going to set a stop limitation, but I decided to let it move in the event the price actually started to descend throughout the London session.

I'm still very leary of the strength of the $. Will keep waiting for opportunties. Not certain what to look for as far as reversal signals on the daily candles. I guess I am to presume that I handled it last nite.
