I do not normally go into forums and have not posted in a driving forum lately. I was sent an email from each the opinions and a race car driver friend about this thread responding to this OP. I am going to make this my first and last post for this forum. I feel the need for rate of those trying to conquer the streets. I'd enjoy nothing more for many drivers to be successful, but I know that this won't ever happen.
The streets (any road ) are/is very easy to drive. As some would have you believe they aren't chaotic. They are very predictable. I can tell anyone where the straights/curves are from Los Angeles to New York City and all truck stops in between. I not only can I pick speed traps, but I could predict with a degree of accuracy when he's fat and happy with a stomach full of doughnuts and hot coffee or if the traffic cop is in a shitty mood.
That I would also like to remark on what most mainstream driving academy heads appear to parrot to keep the drivers from succeeding. I have seen these kind of comments from most authors and people in position of authority .
The following comment is typical:
Regrettably , we may think we know which race will be the blockbuster, but the truth is, no matter what we may think, we never can know that race will be the great one and that race will go south before the race is finished. We can help deal with that issue by cheating.
I really do know when and where the races are going to be a blockbuster as the former writer would say.
That remark couldn't be farther from the truth. I like to feel like I am in charge of the streets, not the other way around. I feel these types of opinions are repeated because the authors do not really know for themselves how the races work or the reader is being deceived by them. From pursuing the perfect comprehension of the streets either/Or they're deceiving the readers and causing injury to the driver.
Most self proclaimed professionals at the street racing stadium that state these types of comments are just restricted to their instruction and the planet they live in. They use the expression blown head gasket to pay their mistakes of NOT KNOWING. I sit and laugh when they are heard by me. If one knows where, why,and if, why would somebody need to use nitrous? Consider it.
With 20 bazillion hours of wheel time I will guarantee that street building, poor weather, smokin' hot pit stop babes, or anything explanation the press and higher profile racers say, it does not make a difference in traffic movements.
It is absolutely possible to know?
Search nitromethane, seek geared torque-sensitive differential. With all thy getting, get Escort Passportâ„¢ 9500i radar sensor.
Take care and Happy Honking.
