Thread: SolomonFX Trade Journal (The Eye Of Solomon)

The SolomonFX commerce journal is my own personal record.

In this journal I will showcase the methods in which I utilize.

    7 years back a man embark on a travel armed with nothing more than a desire and thought;
Many late nights spent sharping and fine tuning indiors, thousands of hours spent pouring over charts back refining and testing. Tearing apart and re-building. Devising egies and methodologies for all types of market conditions.

The methodologies and systems I use have been analyzed .

I will be posting my charts with my private annotation for increased comprehension and clarity.

My objective is a continuing effort of refining my trading skill, refining it to razor's edge performance.

    Regards

    Jeremy

Excited about this one. Presumably you will be tracking stats for each system seperately?

I won't be monitoring individual stats for each system. The name of this game is capital gain, so it'll be a collective effort of all of the methods I have at my disposal. However every chart I post I will list the trading egy I used when making the transaction.

I make around 2-5 trades each week based on market conditions, occasionally less. I look for high probability setups and
what I like to call 100 Pip opportunities.

The systems/egies I will use depends mostly on the session I'm trading and market conditions like range bound or trending markets.

Because this journal progresses you will not see a pattern in the methods that I use for my trades. I use various systems based on market conditions. Sometimes among the egies is calling for a transaction whereas others aren't.

The Clarity System is the most versatile and will often have more transaction set-up's than others.

    Regards

    Jeremy

The attached chart shows the Dow Jones Industrial Average(Daily). It is looking like we may have a change from the current uptrend.

This will have a positive effect on the USD and a negative effect on the risk currencies like the EUR, AUD, GBP, NZD.

Thank you for the in depth reply but the obvious question to ask is how can you understand what system is producing you exactly what gains? Are they definitely profitable systems? How can you know if their profitability changes as time passes? Just a small point, the charts look great.

A very wonderful trade. Very nice momentum from R2 into the Central Pivot Point. All indiors were ing the same e as price action. This transaction was founded on the Wilson Total.

Nice commerce to start the week off with.

Remarks are contained on the chart. This trade was pretty smooth after the first whipsaw
