Thread: Simple MT4 email notifier

Its really possible. You have to do two things:
1 - Input your mail settings into MT that includes your own email and SMTP server info

2 - Utilize a indior or EA that uses the SendMail() function. This function depends on the MT configurations that are above mentioned to send out the mail.

I use it just fine in my two traders - you just Need to Make sure that you have the SMTP side setup correctly

Is it not possible, or a question?

This is supposed to be built into MT4, however I suppose it's not - a commerce implementation email notifier. I assume that this would need to be a script? Is it possible to code this since it does not appear to have been attempted before from my searches (in this context at least). Am I missing something...?

Edit: I feel this is hard since I'm not using some indiors, so I can not program email alert into one of them.
