Thread: Non -accurate indicator

  1. #11
I understand that the indicators are not perfect and there will always be a margin of error, but what is the point of using them if they are not consistent? How are one supposed to make reliable decisions?Perhaps the problem is not the indicator, but how we are interpreting it.Maybe I'm losing something key.Could anyone clarify this?

The problem with indicators such as FIBO is that many people treat them as if they were magical. The truth is that they are only tools that reflect what has already happened. If you are looking for a "perfect" indicator, you will disappoint. It is better to learn to combine them with other signals and with an analysis of the market context.

Thanks for the advice, but sometimes it seems that there are too many factors to consider.Combining signals, context, time ... can be overwhelming for someone who just begins. Is there any simpler approach to work, or is this level of inevitable complexity in trading?

It is overwhelming because you are looking for easy answers instead of spending time to learn. If you really want to improve, you need to study and practice. There are no shortcuts in trading.Learn the basics and build from there. The indicators are tools, not magical solutions.

It's true, I'm probably looking for shortcuts. But it also seems to me that many experienced traders underestimate how complicated this can be for beginners.Perhaps what I need is no more theory, but someone who guides me to put it into practice effectively.

I understand you.We all start in the same place, confused and frustrated. But you can't expect results without effort.Take the time to learn, and if possible, look for a mentor.A good guide can make a big difference in your path.

I will look for someone who can help me.I appreciate the advice.I wonder if in this forum there is a trader with experience that wants to share your time.Meanwhile, I will continue practicing and studying.I don't expect miracles, but I don't want to get stuck either.

Practice is fine, but make sure you don't develop bad habits while you do.Using indicators without understanding how they work can be counterproductive.Instead of focusing so much on the FIBO, try to understand the price action. It is a solid base that complements any indicator.

I have heard a lot about the price action, but it seems to be a fairly broad topic.I'm not sure where to start.Do you have any specific resource or advice for someone who just begins to explore this area?

Of course, look for clean graphics and learn to identify supports, resistances and basic patterns such as double ceilings or soils.A book that I recommend is * "Trading Price Action Trends" * by Al Brooks. It is something dense, but it is worth studying with patience.
