I understand your point.I am using this demo mainly to test the basic concepts of the strategy, not necessarily to simulate a real account.Maybe I should open a micro account to experiment with real money and get a better perspective. Thanks for the suggestion.

Exactly, a micro account will help you see how you react emotionally when operating. With a demo you don't feel real pressure, so you can't evaluate how you will handle losses. In addition, practice with real money, even if it is little, forces you to be more disciplined and make more careful decisions.

The problem with Hedging strategies is that they seem great on paper, but in practice, you often end up trapped in cross positions without a clear exit. What is your plan to close operations if the correlations change or if the market moves unexpectedly?Without a clear output strategy, hedging can be a disaster.

  4. #24
It is a valid point.I am considering using support and resistance levels as output points to reduce losses if the market does not behave as expected.I know that hedging has its risks, but I am willing to work on perfecting my strategy and learning from errors in the process.

I'm glad to see that you are willing to learn, but make sure you don't complicate too much.Sometimes, simple strategies are the most effective.Instead of using multiple pairs and varying lot sizes, why not start with a uniform lot and lot size? You could build from there once you have more confidence.

Your enthusiasm is admirable, but remember that financial markets do not forgive mistakes.A potential customer who invests a million dollars does not want experiments, he wants results. If you really believe in your strategy, you should explain every detail clearly.Otherwise, how do you expect someone to trust you?

Understood.I am working to document all the aspects of my strategy to be able to present it in a more professional and detailed way. Thanks for direct feedback.I know that I need to improve much before being worthy of handling such a large investment.

If you are not ready to drive a million dollars, say from the beginning. No one here will judge you for that.We are all here to learn and improve. But if you continue making great statements without substance, you will lose credibility quickly.Take your time and do things well.

Hedging with variable lot sizes makes sense if you know what you are doing, but it can be a double -edged sword. If things go wrong, you could end up amplifying your losses instead of minimizing them.Have you tried your strategy in different market conditions, such as high volatility or news events? That would be crucial before risking real money.

I have not yet tried my strategy in different market conditions, but you are right; It is something I need to do before considering it viable.I will perform more exhaustive tests and adjust my approach according to the results. Thanks for pointing out that area that needs attention.
