I don't operate anymore this week. I've been losing 3 days in a row and I know I'm forcing tickets. I need to recover clarity. Sometimes the most profitable thing is not to touch the mouse.

Thank you for sharing your bad days too. Many only publish when they win. Seeing this helps me understand that we all go through the same thing, and that the road is long but possible.

I returned to the market after three days of pause. Entry into AUDUSD due to rupture of Asian rank. Result: +22. It’s not much, but I felt focused, without anxiety. That’s already gain.
